IRIDEX Corporation’s board reshuffled its Audit Committee, which now includes Kenneth E. Ludlum as chairperson, along with Beverly A. Huss and Robert Grove, Ph.D. During the Annual Meeting at the company’s headquarters, with a strong 65.25% of common stock represented, all director nominees were elected for another year. Additionally, stockholders ratified BPM LLP as the independent accounting firm and approved executive compensation in an advisory vote, highlighting active and decisive shareholder engagement in the company’s governance.
