IPF’s New Notes Issuance Attracts Strong Investor Demand

International Personal Finance (GB:IPF) has released an update.

International Personal Finance plc (IPF) has successfully set the price for its new EUR 341 million Fixed Rate Notes, attracting strong demand with over 150 investors and exceeding the subscription rate. The funds from this issuance, which will be finalized on June 14, 2024, are intended to refinance existing senior unsecured notes due in 2025. This move, coupled with robust company performance, has prompted Fitch Ratings to consider upgrading IPF’s credit rating to ‘BB’.
