IPC Progresses with Share Buyback Plan

International Petroleum Corporation (TSE:IPCO) has released an update.

International Petroleum Corporation (IPC) has actively engaged in a share repurchase program, buying back 277,650 shares in the first week of June 2024, with all repurchased shares destined to be cancelled. This is part of a larger normal course issuer bid that started in December 2023, with a total of 4,194,455 shares repurchased to date, aiming for a maximum of 8,342,119 shares within a year. The cancellation of 222,100 shares has brought the total number of outstanding IPC shares to 124,377,015.
