International Petroleum Corporation (TSE:IPCO) has released an update.
International Petroleum Corporation (IPC) has actively bought back 243,850 of its own common shares between June 17 and June 21, 2024, as part of its normal course issuer bid program, with transactions on both Nasdaq Stockholm and the Toronto Stock Exchange. This buyback initiative is part of a larger plan to repurchase up to 8,342,119 shares, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled. Since the program’s inception in December 2023, IPC has repurchased a total of 4,843,655 shares.
