IPC Corporation Ltd has announced the immediate appointment of Mr. Lui Pang Hung as an Independent Director and the Chair of both the Nominating Committee and a Member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Additionally, Mr. Tan Cher Liang has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. These appointments bring changes to the Board and its Committees, signifying a strategic enhancement of the company’s leadership structure.
