IP Group plc has actively executed a share buyback program, acquiring 434,383 ordinary shares at prices ranging between 41.40 to 42.05 GBp per share, with the average price standing at 41.8469 GBp. Post-transaction, the Group’s treasury holds 38,643,207 shares, with the total ordinary shares in issue now tallying 1,063,188,005, which includes treasury shares. The company assures further updates will follow as the buyback program progresses.
