Iondrive Limited announced a change in the director’s interest, with Director Andrew Sissian acquiring 1,428,571 ordinary shares through participation in a placement. This acquisition was made on the same terms as other participants and was approved by Iondrive shareholders, increasing Sissian’s total holdings to 4,206,349 ordinary shares.
