Director David Michael McNeilly of IONDRIVE LIMITED has increased his stake in the company through a private placement, acquiring 1,111,111 Ordinary Shares at a total value of $10,000. This transaction, approved by shareholders on July 18, 2024, has bolstered his total holdings to include 600,000 unlisted options and over a million Ordinary Shares.
