IODM Ltd. AGM Results: Key Resolutions Passed

IODM Ltd. recently held its Annual General Meeting, where shareholders voted on several key resolutions. While the adoption of the Remuneration Report did not pass, all other resolutions, including the re-election of a director and the approval of a long-term incentive plan, were successfully carried.
