Invion Limited has announced the issuance of 28,726,129 new shares at no cost, in accordance with the Corporations Act, without the need for disclosure to investors. The life-science company, known for its Photosoft™ technology for cancer treatment, is in compliance with all necessary regulatory obligations. The shares were issued as Invion continues to focus on the development and clinical trials of its innovative Photodynamic Therapy, which is funded by RMW Cho Group Limited and its affiliates.
