Invinity Energy Systems (GB:IES) has released an update.
Invinity Energy Systems is expanding its UK manufacturing operations by opening a new facility in Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, which will quadruple its production capacity to over 500 MWh per year. The expansion, fueled by a £57m fundraising effort and a £25m investment by the UK Infrastructure Bank, aims to meet the increasing demand for long-duration energy storage systems in the UK. The new site will focus on battery assembly and enable Invinity to deliver its next-generation products more efficiently, in line with its growth strategy.
