Invictus Energy Ltd, an oil and gas company focusing on sub-Saharan Africa, has initiated its transition from exploration to development, marked by the launch of a new website. The company has also announced a change in auditor and is moving forward with an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek approval for the second tranche of a strategic US$10M investment. The investment includes incentives for the board of directors and aims to further its high impact exploration program in Zimbabwe’s Cabora Bassa Basin.
