Investec (GB:INVP) has released an update.
Investec PLC has reported that Ciaran Whelan, a person with managerial responsibilities, engaged in transactions involving the on-market sale of ordinary shares. A total of 229,672 shares were sold at an average price of GBP 5.8157, with the total value of the transaction amounting to GBP 1,335,715.18. The sales took place on the London stock market on the 19th and 20th of June 2024, following clearance for the dealings in securities.
