Investec (GB:INVP) has released an update.
Investec has reported transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and directors of Investec Limited, involving on-market sales of ordinary shares following the release of forfeitable shares. Notable transactions included those by Cumesh Moodliar and Stuart Spencer, with the total values amounting to ZAR 23,269,337.29 and ZAR 4,081,913.16 respectively. All transactions were conducted in Johannesburg and were in compliance with market regulations.
