Investec has notified exchanges in London and Johannesburg about an off-market transaction involving the transfer of 50,000 ordinary shares at ZAR132.72 each by a person with managerial responsibilities within the company. The transaction, which took place on the 10th of September and is valued at ZAR6,636,000, was executed in compliance with local regulatory requirements. All necessary clearances for the dealings in securities were duly obtained.
