R. Lee Phegley, Jr., the CFO of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc., has decided to resign to seek new opportunities. In response, the company’s Board of Directors promptly appointed Mark Gregson as the Interim CFO, effective from October 7, 2024. Gregson, with a solid background as Invesco Ltd.’s Global Controller and a wealth of experience in the financial sector since 1995, steps in without any material plans or family ties influencing his appointment, ensuring a seamless transition for the company’s financial leadership.
