Invesco DB Base Metals Fund (DBB) has shared an announcement.
John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and its affiliates on January 1, 2025, stepping down from his board position with the organization’s managing owner, Invesco Capital Management LLC. Following his announcement, Melanie Ringold has been appointed to the board, effective immediately. Ringold brings a wealth of experience, having served as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco since January 2023 and previously as Assistant General Counsel. Her legal expertise and leadership are poised to guide Invesco’s commodity and investment funds into the future.
