Inverite Insights Inc., a Vancouver-based AI-driven financial software provider, has successfully completed the 6th tranche of its private placement, raising $55,000 through the issuance of 1.1 million Units, each consisting of a common share and a warrant. Company insiders subscribed to the entire tranche, potentially increasing their ownership to 1.1% post-warrant exercise, in a move considered a ‘related party transaction.’ The newly issued securities are subject to a holding period until September 11, 2024, and are not registered in the U.S. under the 1933 Act.
