Inverite Insights Inc. has successfully completed the third tranche of its private placement, raising $129,830 through the issuance of 2,596,600 units comprised of common shares and warrants. The units, purchased by company insiders, account for approximately 1.3% of Inverite’s issued common shares, potentially increasing to 2.6% upon warrant exercise. Additionally, Inverite plans to issue common shares to settle over $25,000 in accounts payable, pending regulatory approval.
