Intraco Limited has successfully issued a new series of commercial papers as digital securities, raising S$8.09 million in Singapore Dollars and US$1.20 million in US Dollars from accredited investors. These digital securities, with tenors of 33 days, offer interest rates of 4.0% and 6.0% per annum respectively, and will be listed on the SDAX Exchange. Significant portions of the investments were made by associates of the company’s controlling shareholders and its Executive Chairman.
