Intraco Limited has successfully launched its sixth series of commercial paper in Singapore Dollars, raising S$9.05 million, and its second series in US Dollars, securing US$2.04 million from accredited investors, with significant participation from associates of the company’s controlling shareholders. Both series, lasting 33 days and offering annual interest rates of 4.30% and 6.10% respectively, will be listed on the SDAX Exchange on the same day. Taurus Point Capital Pte. Ltd., a majority-owned subsidiary of Intraco, acted as the adviser for these digital securities issuances.
