Intraco Limited Issues New Digital Securities

Intraco Ltd. (SG:I06) has released an update.

Intraco Limited has announced the issuance of its seventh commercial paper series in Singapore Dollars and third in US Dollars as digital securities, raising S$6.77 million and US$3.05 million respectively, with significant portions subscribed by associates of controlling shareholders. Both series will be listed on the SDAX Exchange and have a short tenor of 20 days, with the Singapore series at a 4.3% interest rate and the US series at a 6.1% interest rate.
