Intraco Limited has announced a significant reshuffling of its Board of Directors, appointing Mr Tan Hup Foi and Mr Soh Chung Hian as new Independent Directors. This move, effective from April 26, 2024, will lead to a reconstitution of the Board and its various committees, ensuring compliance with the Listing Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual.
