Interpublic Group has signed a lucrative new employment agreement with Christopher Carroll, enhancing his compensation as Executive Vice President and Controller with a $750,000 base salary, an 80% target bonus, and $1.25 million in long-term incentives. Carroll also received a one-time $200,000 incentive award and enjoys benefits like medical coverage and a savings plan. The deal comes with a 12-month non-compete clause post-termination and supersedes his previous contract, promising increased remuneration.
