International Public Partnerships Limited (GB:INPP) has released an update.

International Public Partnerships Limited, an infrastructure investment company, has bought back 250,000 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 126.5 GBp each, with the intention to hold these in treasury. Following this transaction, the Company’s treasury holds 9.3 million shares, with 1.9 billion shares remaining in issue. This move reflects the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its share capital effectively while continuing to invest in diverse public infrastructure projects globally.
