International Money Express, Inc. has renewed its CEO Robert Lisy’s contract through a subsidiary, with terms extending until December 31, 2027, and provisions for automatic yearly extensions. Lisy’s annual salary starts at $1 million in 2024 and will rise incrementally each year, reaching over $1.15 million by 2027. Additionally, he’s eligible for performance-based bonuses and annual equity awards worth upwards of $2 million, with specifics to be determined by the Compensation Committee under the company’s long-term incentive plan.
