International Consolidated Airlines Group has announced the appointment of Bruno Matheu as a new director, effective from June 26, 2024. Matheu currently holds a directorship at Transat A.T. Inc, and according to the Group, there are no further details to disclose under Listing Rule paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) to (6). This strategic move could signal a new direction for the air transport giant as it expands its leadership team.
