International Consolidated Airlines Group has announced the convening of its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on June 26, 2024, in Madrid with remote attendance options. The agenda includes approvals of 2023 financial statements, director re-elections, allocation of results, and policies regarding share awards and capital management. Critical decisions will be made on the management of the Board, auditor re-election, directors’ remuneration, and share issuance authorizations.
