Intermediate Capital (GB:ICG) has released an update.
Intermediate Capital Group plc has announced the grant of PLC Equity Awards to key directors, effective from May 26, 2024, under its Omnibus Plan 2020. The awards, which will vest in equal parts over 2027, 2028, and 2029, involve significant numbers of shares for each recipient, with Benoit Durteste receiving 202,734 shares, David Bicarregui 70,811 shares, and Antje Hensel-Roth 48,376 shares.
