Intercorp Financial Services (IFS) has released an update.
Intercorp Financial Services Inc. has experienced a credit rating adjustment with S&P Global Ratings downgrading its long-term and short-term ratings to BB+ and B, respectively. However, its subsidiary, Banco Internacional del Peru S.A.A. (Interbank), maintained a stable BBB- rating. This comes after a revision of the outlook for IFS from negative to stable, following a similar reassessment of Peru’s sovereign rating.
