InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has reported the buyback of 16,189 of its own shares on July 8, 2024, with prices ranging from £80.7400 to £81.9800 per share. The average price paid was £81.4977 per share. Following the transaction, the company plans to cancel the acquired shares, reducing the number of shares in issue and held in treasury.
