InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has bought back 10,000 of its own shares on June 28, 2024, for prices ranging between £82.6400 and £83.5600 per share, averaging at £83.1544. The company has confirmed that these shares will be cancelled, resulting in a reduced number of shares in issue. This move follows the authorization by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting earlier that year.
