InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has recently repurchased 19,952 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging between £83.66 and £84.58, with an average price of £84.0592 per share. The transaction took place on July 17, 2024, through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, and the company plans to cancel the acquired shares. This buyback follows the authorization from the company’s shareholders at the Annual General Meeting earlier on May 3, 2024.
