InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has reported the repurchase of 19,984 of its own ordinary shares on June 26, 2024, at prices ranging from £82.98 to £84.38, with an average cost of £83.4525 per share. Following this transaction, the company plans to cancel the acquired shares, leaving a total of 161,608,768 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
