Christopher Towers stepped down from his positions on the Board of Directors and its committees at Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc., leaving no disputes behind. Nicola Fraser, a seasoned financial consultant and active CPA, has been appointed to the Board and as the new Audit Committee Chair, with her independence affirmed by Nasdaq standards. Additionally, Steven Boyages has been appointed to fill remaining committee vacancies, now chairing the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
