Intellabridge Technology Corp. has amended its interim financial reports and MD&A after a review by the Ontario Securities Commission, revealing plans to discontinue the ‘Kash’ app and focus on developing the Karma card project, expecting to incur approximately USD$1.22 million in launch expenses. The company will also recognize a non-cash asset impairment of USD$252,524 due to the discontinuation of the ‘Kash’ app. These corrected disclosures have led to the company being listed on the OSC’s public list of Refiling and Errors.
