Integrated Research Issues New Employee Incentives

Integrated Research Limited (AU:IRI) has released an update.

Integrated Research Limited has announced the issue of 102,507 new performance rights under an employee incentive scheme, set to be issued on June 1, 2024. These securities are unquoted and subject to transfer restrictions, and will not be available on the ASX until these restrictions end.
