Integrated Media Technology Limited has announced that due to the extensive time requirements for compiling their annual report, the Form 20-F submission for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, will be delayed. They cite undue hardship and expense as reasons for the impracticability of timely filing. The company now expects to file the necessary report within fifteen days past the original deadline.
