James Tobias Hall, a director at Integral Diagnostics Limited, has increased his indirect shareholding in the company by 1,719 fully paid ordinary shares through the company’s dividend reinvestment plan, at a price of $2.180725 per share. Following the acquisition, Hall now holds a total of 151,719 shares. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
