Integral Ad Science (IAS) has issued an announcement.
Integral Ad Science Holding Corp. has appointed Robert Lord, a seasoned executive with a rich background in technology and media, to its Board of Directors. Bringing in his experience from IBM and AOL, and his current role at RWL Advisory, Lord joins the Board as a Class I director, with his term extending until the 2025 annual shareholders meeting. His appointment coincides with the expansion of the Board to ten members. Lord’s addition is expected to bring valuable insights to the company, given his track record and educational pedigree, including an MBA from Harvard and his role as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School.
