Integra Resources Corp. is set to acquire Florida Canyon Gold Inc. after receiving a crucial endorsement from Alamos Gold Inc., who, along with other key stakeholders, have agreed to vote in favor of the transaction. This strategic move will see Integra, a major precious metals company, strengthen its position by adding Florida Canyon’s U.S. and Mexico assets to its portfolio.
