Insurance Australia Group Limited has completed a substantial on-market buy-back, acquiring 31,315,869 of its fully paid ordinary shares for a total consideration of nearly AUD 200 million. The final notification of the buy-back, which represents a significant return of capital to shareholders, was announced on May 10, 2024.
