Insurance Australia Group Limited has notified the ASX of the cessation of Jonathan Bryant Nicholson as a director on October 9, 2024. Nicholson held 10,177 ordinary shares individually and 600 shares jointly with Jennifer Susan Stafford, while also having interests in 24,767 ordinary shares held by HSBC as custodian for BT Panorama, and 417 shares registered to Stafford. This final director’s interest notice marks a significant change in the company’s leadership dynamics.
