Insulet Corporation has announced the appointment of Ana Maria Chadwick as their new Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer starting April 22, 2024. With a prolific background, including roles at GE Capital and Pitney Bowes Inc., Chadwick brings extensive financial expertise to the role. Her compensation includes a $630,000 base salary, potential cash bonuses, and significant equity awards, aligning her interests with the company’s performance. Additionally, she has no familial ties to other company executives and will participate in standard company benefit plans. Lauren Budden, the interim CFO, will resume her prior role within the company.
