Kara Rogers has been appointed as the new Chief Accounting Officer of Instructure Holdings, Inc., stepping into the role on April 30, 2024. With an impressive tenure at the company since 2014 and a solid background in accounting, including over five years at Grant Thornton LLP, Rogers brings both experience and expertise to her new position. The company has confirmed no conflicts of interest or familial ties within its executive team concerning Rogers’ appointment.
