Inspiration Healthcare Completes £3M Capital Raise

Inspiration Healthcare (GB:IHC) has released an update.

Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC has successfully raised £3.0 million through a combination of a retail offer and previously announced fundraising efforts, with the issue of 3,571,428 new Ordinary Shares at 14 pence per share. Investors can anticipate the admission of these shares to the AIM market around 23 July 2024. The company’s total number of voting rights will then be 89,663,372, matching the number of Ordinary Shares in issue post-admission.
