Inspiration Energy Corp. has announced a share consolidation, effective June 28, 2024, with a new ratio of one post-consolidated share for every five pre-consolidated shares. Shareholders will experience uniform adjustments and can obtain new share certificates through Endeavor Trust Corporation or automatically via their brokers. The consolidation aims to streamline the company’s capital structure and will also adjust the terms of stock options and warrants.
