Inspiration Energy Corp. has successfully closed a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $230,000 through the sale of 4.6 million units. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, which allows purchasing an additional share at $0.05 for the next 60 months. The funds will support the Marachino Uranium Project and general corporate purposes.
