Insignia Financial Ltd has announced the addition of Jodie Hampshire as an independent non-executive director to its Board, with her role commencing on May 1, 2024. Hampshire is equipped with over two decades of financial services experience, holding executive roles at Russell Investments and senior positions at Mercer. Her appointment is part of Insignia’s Board renewal process and will be up for shareholder approval at the 2024 AGM.
