Insig AI PLC AGM Concludes with Full Approval

Insig AI PLC (GB:INSG) has released an update.

Insig AI PLC has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM), with all proposed resolutions passing by a significant majority. Key resolutions included the reappointment of Crowe U.K LLP as auditors, the approval of the company’s annual accounts, and the reelection of directors Richard Cooper, Steven Cracknell, and John Wilson. The voting showed overwhelming support for the board’s recommendations, with more than 96% of votes cast in favor of most ordinary resolutions and about 98.5% for the special resolutions.
